I'm a big boy now!!

We had a pretty fun 4th of July weekend, the weird part of it all was that I didn't take too many pictures of it! Shocking yes I know!!!

On Thursday we went to the fireworks in Hyrum! On Friday we went to the fireworks in Logan!

On Saturday we went to a pool party all morning and then in the afternoon we went to the Cache Valley Cruise In, which for a kid like Jonas is comparable to Heaven on Earth!

Over the last month or so, Jonas has been raising money to buy his own big boy bike! He had piggy banks full of money, did some chores for us and babysat Joe's dog Zoe twice. He was so proud of himself for buying hid bike all by himself. I would have to say that by far it was my favorite part of the weekend!

Last night, (Monday) Scott's boss Reid and his family took us boating at Hyrum state park! We had a lot of fun! More so than I thought we would! I grew up doing a lot of boating, tubing and all sorts of water sports. Scott on the other hand has NEVER been. So for the first time EVER Scott went wake boarding! I was quite proud of him for giving it a try!

Jonas started out a little grumpy because he was pretty tired, but he ended up having a blast! He surprised me when he asked if he could go tubing. Even more shocking is that he didn't want Scott or I to go with him and then to top it off half way through his ride he decided to pull a "trick" and stood up in his tube. I was really proud of him for doing something out of his comfort zone! We really did have fun so thanks to Reid and his family for taking us out!
