This past Friday and Saturday my grandparents rented a lodge up American Fork Canyon called Mutual Dell. Mutual Dell is a great place for sledding, ice skating, snow shoeing, and all other sorts of winter fun. My grandparents also rented four snowmobiles so lots of fun was had on those. It was really nice to see most of my aunts and uncles, cousins and some of their children. Jonas had such a blast, he kept asking me if we could move there and never ever leave! We got there around noon on Friday and Jonas played in the snow from the moment we got there until the point where it was just to dark to play outside anymore, even at that Jonas and I still took a few night time sleds down the hill.

One of the greatest parts of the weekend in my mind is that my parents were here from Wisconsin to see us, so they were able to attend with us. My Dad flew in on the 29th of December and my Mom on the 1st of January. It was so much fun to spend time with them. I miss them more than words can say so it really was such a treat to have them here. Jonas was one little spoiled boy, and I just don't mean with attention!Being the only grandchild on my side if I told him no he quickly learned that all he had to do was ask Grandma Wilson! :) Jonas had so much fun sledding with grandma and snowmobiling with grandpa. He even loved going for a sleigh ride to see "Santa's reindeer" in the sub Arctic temperatures!

The last week really has been so fun and exciting, there has been constant excitement! My parents went home yesterday so I kind of feel like I just crashed. All the excitement coming to a sudden end kind of takes a toll on you! Were all pretty sad my parents had to go home. We just pray that someday soon they can move out here and be closer to us all. We love you Mom and Dad and miss you so much already!

Man, I'm so jealous. I wish we could have made it out to Mutual Dell too. It looks like it was so much fun.
I love the picture with Jonas and Paula. I got teary seeing the pics of your mom and dad. I miss them too and totally agree that it would awesome if they could move back closer to family.
Awww, I wish that your parents could live close by. Jonas looks like he is in heaven playing in the snow with his "gama and papa" ( what Hailey keeps on calling your parents) I love that picture of you and Scott at the end. You guys are a way cute couple.
That was fun! I didn't get to see much of your dad because he was on the snow mobile. It was good to see you guys.
